Riyadh: Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan arrived on Friday to New York City with the Kingdom鈥檚 delegation to attend the 79th session of the United Nations General Assembly.
Prince Faisal and the Kingdom鈥檚 delegation will engage in several official meetings, aiming to enhance multilateral international work and discuss developments on regional and international fronts.
The meetings will also address efforts to establish global security and peace and joint efforts to achieve sustainable development goals.
The Kingdom鈥檚 delegation includes Princess Reema bint Bandar bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, the Saudi ambassador to the US and a group of ministers, including Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Adel Al-Jubeir, Minister of Environment, Water and Agriculture Abdulrahman Alfadley, Minister of Communications and Information Technology Abdullah Alswaha, and Minister of Economy and Planning Faisal Alibrahim.
Also part of the delegation are Abdullah Al Rabeeah, supervisor-general of the Saudi aid agency KSrelief, Deputy Minister for International Multilateral Affairs Abdulrahman Al-Rassi, and Abdulaziz Alwasil, the Kingdom鈥檚 permanent representative to the UN.
