MAKKAH: The Saudi Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance on Thursday hosted a cultural event for the beneficiaries of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques’ Guests Program for Hajj and Umrah.

The event was held at the guests’ accommodation near the Grand Mosque in Makkah and comprised an evening of culture and entertainment.

One of the highlights was a presentation on the King Abdulaziz Complex for Holy Kaaba Kiswa covering its history and the process of manufacturing the kiswa.

The evening ended with the distribution of gifts and the taking of commemorative photographs.

The attendees thanked the Saudi leadership for the warm hospitality they had received since arriving in the Kingdom.

The participants represented the fourth and final batch of beneficiaries of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques’ Guests Program for Hajj and Umrah for 2024.
