Maha Alnofaiei was recently appointed director of the general education department in the Music Commission under the Ministry of Culture.
She also serves as the program manager in the corporate project management department at the Ministry of Culture in Riyadh. In this role, she has played a crucial role in defining the scope of various initiatives and collaborating with initiative leaders and sponsors.
Previously, Alnofaiei held the position of initiative lead in the implementation and project management department at the ministry, where she coordinated proposal and partnership requests, demonstrating a proficiency in reviewing governance mechanisms and evaluating meeting-related documents.
Alnofaiei’s professional experience also includes a tenure at the Public Investment Fund, where she served as a senior analyst in the governor’s office operation team. Her responsibilities included managing requests for the governor, analyzing requesters’ backgrounds and proposals, and collaborating with internal departments to address inquiries.
During her tenure at Investcorp, Alnofaiei held the position of analyst in placement relationship management. Her role involved collaborating with administrative team members, finance departments, and compliance on special projects and events.
Earlier in her career, Alnofaiei served as a team assistant at Deutsche Bank in Riyadh where she played a vital role in supporting the corporate investment business. Her responsibilities ranged from securing meetings for executives to assembling informational packets and providing logistical support for events.
Beyond her corporate roles, Alnofaiei has worked as an event planner at Pink Diamond. She was responsible for various aspects of event management, and excelled in selecting event sites, developing themes, coordinating logistics, and managing budgets.
Alnofaiei’s educational background includes a certificate in administrative studies in business administration from Brock University in Canada and a bachelor’s degree in English literature from King Saud University.
