JEDDAH: 抖阴短视频鈥檚 permanent representative to the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, Saleh bin Hamad Al-Suhaibani, received the executive director of the OIC Independent Permanent Human Rights Commission, Noura bint Zaid Al-Rashoud, in Jeddah on Thursday.

Al-Suhaibani congratulated Al- Rashoud on her appointment to the position, as the first woman to be elected since the establishment of the commission.

He praised the commission鈥檚 efforts aimed at protecting and promoting human rights in Islamic countries and Muslim minorities in non-Islamic societies.

Al-Rashoud appreciated 抖阴短视频 for its support for the commission, which represents one of the central bodies of the OIC, noting that the Kingdom has spared no effort in supporting the commission since it was established in 2011, including Riyadh鈥檚 initiative to establish its independent headquarters. Sinceitsinception the commission has deliberated on a number of important issues of contemporary concern such as rights of women and children.
