RIYADH: Saudi Basic Industries Corp. has awarded an SR24 million ($6.4 million) deal to homegrown Gas Arabian Services Co. for the maintenance of its Petrokemya plant for one year.
The move is expected to have an impact on Gas Arabian Services’ financial statements a year from now, according to a filing.
Jubail-based Petrokemya, also known as Arabian Petrochemical Co., is a wholly-owned manufacturing unit of chemical giant SABIC.
