RIYADH: The Muslim World League (MWL) condemned the terrorist attack that targeted Abu Dhabi’s airport in the UAE, resulting in human and material losses.
On behalf of its secretary-general Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa, and its global councils, bodies and assemblies, the league affirmed that it stands by the UAE against all those who threaten its security and stability, in particular the criminal Houthi militias driven by sectarian evil, which further undertake desperate terrorist risks in the midst of their defeats and blatant purposes, violating religious sanctity and international laws and principles.
The secretary-general expressed his deepest condolences to the brotherly people of the UAE, the deceased and their families, wishing a speedy recovery to all those injured.
Ƶ and the UAE have affirmed that these terrorist acts would boost both countries’ “resolve and their determination to continue to confront those aggressive practices” carried out by the Houthi militia, who have wreaked havoc in Yemen, killing the Yemeni people and continue its “miserable and unsuccessful attempts to spread chaos” with the aim of destabilizing the region’s security.
