RIYADH: The Arab coalition intercepted and destroyed two armed drones on Friday.

The first drone, fired toward the Kingdom’s southern region, was destroyed on Friday morning.

The second drone, fired by the Houthis toward Najran, was destroyed on Friday afternoon, coalition spokesman Col. Turki Al-Maliki said.

Both drones were aimed at residential areas, he added.
