RIYADH: King Salman left hospital on Thursday after recovering from a successful operation to have his gallbladder removed, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.
The king underwent surgery after he was admitted to King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center in Riyadh with an inflamed gallbladder on July 20.
He stayed in hospital to recover and receive further treatment.
