Ziyad Al-Sulais has been the human resources director at the Saudi Human Resources Development Fund (Hadaf) since February 2019.
Al-Sulais received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from King Abdul Aziz University, Jeddah, in 2015.
He also attained a diploma in human resource management and personnel administration from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), London, in 2016.
He also completed his essentials of leadership program from the London Business School in 2017, and educational leadership and management development from the International Institute for Management Development (IMD) Business School, Lausanne, Switzerland in 2018.
Al-Sulais also attained a mini MBA from Babson College, Massachusetts, US in 2018, and his executive education in organization leadership from Cranfield School of Management, England in 2019.Â
Al-Sulais has more than 10 years of experience in the field of human resources, working as an HR officer at Aljomaih Bottling Plants from March 2006 to January 2007, also as an HR officer at Qassim Cement Co. from January 2007 to April 2008. Â
At Almarai, he worked as a personnel manager from April 2008 to March 2011, as human resource manager from April 2011 to March 2014 and became head of human resources from April 2014 to July 2018.
Al-Sulais worked as chief human resources officer at National Medical Care Co. from August 2018 to January 2020.
He was also a member of the board of directors at Pure Breed Poultry Co. from July 2017 to June 2018.
Al-Sulais licenses and certifications include the Register of Qualifications in Test Use (RQTU) from the British Psychological Society Division of Occupational Psychology in June 2019.
