RIYADH: King Salman called Iraqi President Barham Salih on Saturday and expressed the Kingdom’s keenness on establishing stability in Iraq, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.Â
The king also emphasised the importance of defusing the crisis in the region and taking all measures to reduce tension in it.
Salih thanked the king for the Kingdom’s interest in Iraq’s security and stability.
Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman also spoke to Iraqi Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi.Â
