RIYADH: A new program for recent graduates organized by the Misk Foundation started last week in the regions of Riyadh, Makkah, Madinah and the Eastern Province.
The program aims to build the educational and leadership qualities of recent university graduates and link them to the Kingdom’s education sector.
The training course was launched with the participation of 100 new graduate trainees from the faculties of science, technology, engineering, mathematics and English in the four regions.
The program uses intensive training with selected schools to help the trainee practice the profession.
Trainees participate in a 12-month course, during which they commit to the school environment and work as an assistant teacher throughout a full academic year. At the end of the program, trainees receive a Cambridge Certificate of Professional Development as well as a certificate of participation from the Misk Foundation.
