Munir Mohammed Nasser

Munir Mohammed Nasser has been the chairman of Madinah’s Chamber of Commerce and Industry since 2016.

He recently spoke at the World Franchise Exhibition held at the chamber’s exhibition center in Madinah, which promotes local talent and products, and gathers international brands to develop investment in the province.

He told the exhibition that franchising is the fastest-growing non-oil sector in the Middle East region with a market value of $30 billion and an annual growth rate of 27 percent.

The event, which the chamber organized in cooperation with Three Dimensions for Events and Exhibitions, coincides with the UN’s Micro, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Day.

Nasser is the vice president of the Council of Saudi Chambers and chairman of the contractors commission at the Madinah Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

He is also on the board of the Patients’ Friends Committee, Madinah Equestrian Square, Madinah Gifted Students Care Center, Jobs Localization Committee and the Madinah Charity Foundation.

Previously, he was the director of the construction company, Saudi Binladin Group, in Madinah.

He also was a branch director of the Taiba Jewelry Co., and the Madinah Investment and Development Co.

Nasser holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from King Abdul Aziz University in Jeddah.
