JEDDAH: The secretary-general of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), Youssef Al-Othaimeen, condemned in the strongest terms Tuesday’s terrorist attacks on worshippers at a mosque in Mubi, Adamawa State, northeastern Nigeria.
