CAIRO: Major traffic was caused by the falling of a bus off a main Cairo bridge on Sunday morning.
The bus skidded off from the Saft El-Laban axis, leading to the instant death of the bus driver, according to media reports. Luckily, the bus was not carrying any passengers.
Social media users circulated images of the bus as it smashed into a stall under the bridge. Part of the fence which fell off can also be seen in the picture.
The residents renewed their calls to authorities to swiftly maintain the bridge because of the reoccurring accidents.
