Saudi finance minister Mohammed Al-Jadaan to attend G-20 meeting in Argentina

RIYADH: Saudi Finance Minister Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Jadaan will participate in the first G-20 finance ministers’ session at the Central Bank Governors Meeting in Buenos Aires.
The event will kick off on Monday. The aim of the two-day event is to review recent global economic developments and strengthen cooperation between the G-20 countries to maintain and promote the global growth. “Our participation in this meeting demonstrates our commitment to cooperation and coordination among the G-20 countries to promote inclusive and sustainable global growth,” Al-Jadaan said.
The minister said: “As a member of G-20, Ƶ takes its regional and international responsibilities very seriously especially given our nation’s pivotal role on the regional and global levels. Our participation in this meeting demonstrates our commitment to cooperation and coordination among G-20 countries to promote inclusive and sustainable global growth.”
He said: “The meeting will provide an opportunity to discuss the subjects listed on the meeting’s agenda with our key partners around the globe, and also update them on Ƶ’s experiences in the financial and economic reforms, as well as the overall development progress made by the Kingdom in different sectors.”
