DUBAI: Lebanese militia and political group Hezbollah is set to launch a video game where players can re-enact battles the group has been involved with over the years.
Titled “Holy Defense”, the game’s advertisements have been seen all over Lebanon on billboards, predominantly in the southern region of the country where the group holds the political majority.
According to the trailer, the third-person shooter game is the “story of confronting Takfiri aggression” where players are invited to join the resistance in “protecting the nation and holy sanctities.”
The game is set to be released for PC.
