Two Coalition pilots evacuated after jet crash in Yemen

JEDDAH: Two pilots were evacuated from the ​​operations area in Yemen after a warplane crashed due to a technical fault, the Saudi-led coalition said on Sunday.
A joint search and rescue operation was conducted to save the two pilots, Captain Fahad M. Al-Hoqbani and Captain Abdullah H. Al-Zeer.
A coalition spokesman, Col. Turki Al-Maliki, said that at 3:40 p.m. on Sunday, one of the Saudi Royal Air Force fighter aircrafts crashed due to a technical fault after conducting an operational task in Yemen. 
“The two pilots survived the crash,” he said.
“The command of the joint forces of the coalition has carried out a special joint operation to evacuate the pilots from the area their plane crashed. Land and air forces took part in the operation and the pilots were evacuated into the Kingdom,” he said.
