Electronic appeals and follow-up system launched for Saudi administrative courts

RIYADH: The Board of Grievances has launched the electronic system of the Supreme Administrative Court, which allows for the electronic registration, transfer and receipt of objections by the Administrative Appeal Courts to and from the Supreme Administrative Court.

Once recorded, they are referred to the appropriate department in the court, in addition to providing procedures for pleading and adjudication of objections electronically.

This step is a continuation of the series of electronic judicial procedures to complement the services of the Moeen electronic program.

This move also comes to achieve the goals set within the strategy of the Board of Grievances for 2020 under the direct supervision of Board of Grievances Chairman and Chairman of the Administrative Judicial Council Sheikh Dr. Khalid bin Mohammed Al-Yusuf.
