JEDDAH: The finale of the King Cup football tournament between Al-Nasr and Al-Hilal teams will be held at King Abdullah Stadium in Jeddah on Friday under the patronage of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman.
King Abdullah Stadium, one of the best in the world, has been readied to host the match between the two leading teams in the Kingdom. The glittering jewel along the Makkah-Madinah Expressway is a landmark in the region.
The stadium was opened to the public on May 1, 2014 when it witnessed the King Cup finale between Al-Ahli and Al-Shabab. The state-of-the-art facility can accommodate more than 62,000 football fans.
